How to read the notes below
Written for people starting out
Every note here assumes no background in markets. Where a term cannot be avoided it is explained the first time it appears, and where a rule differs by region that is stated plainly rather than glossed over.
What you will not find
No price predictions and no guaranteed signals. Any promise of a guaranteed return is the clearest warning sign in this industry, and we are not going to add to it.
How often it is updated
Notes are revisited whenever the underlying rules change — a new SEC-PH circular, a new reporting requirement, a change in how deposits are handled. The date on each note is when it was last checked, not when it was first written.
